Industry-Focused Submission Types:

We invite proposals from industry and startups for presentations (PowerPoint or Demo) that fit the following categories:

• Industry Project Seeking Research Support: Showcase an ongoing industry project that could benefit from academic research expertise and collaboration.

• Joint Industry-Academia Prototype/Product: Detail a successfully developed prototype or product resulting from a collaboration between your organization and an academic institution.

General Guidelines for Speakers:

• Presentations must focus on the practical impact, feasibility, and social or economic benefits of an AI solution.

• Each submission should highlight an existing or proposed collaboration with an academic partner.

• We highly encourage presentations that include a live or recorded demonstration or a real-world case study.

We welcome submissions across all sectors where AI is making a difference, including:

Submission and Notification of Acceptance:

All submissions will undergo a peer-review process.

Submission Due date: September 15st, 2025, 11:59 PM (Cairo Time)

Acceptance Notification: Successful applicants will be notified via email by the first of October 2025.
